Space in buildings is costly and therefore installations need to fit in the smallest area possible. Consequently mounting the installation can be hard because there is simply no room to man-oever. The LENO MSV-BD balancing valve is designed with limited spaces in mind to facilitate easy mounting.

Easy Measuring

Measuring and setting the flow is the most important function of a manual balancing valve. Still, commissioning an installation can be a frustrating experience because you can't reach the balancing valve properly or because it's impossible to see the setting. Danfoss has found a solution for all these problems so you can hand-over your projects well balanced time.

Easy Service

Although the main function of a balancing valve is to balance the installation, they also have other functions. Often they are used as shut-off valve to isolate a part of the installation for service. Many balancing valve have a drain cock that can be used to drain the isolated part of the installation. The LENO MSV-BD improves even on those simple functions.

Danfoss FH Pipes are high quality multilayer pipes for floor heating applications.
The composite pipes has an aluminum core making 100% oxygen tight and minimizes the thermal expansion of the pipe.The PE-RT pipes is full plastic pipes very similar to PEX pipes but fully recyclable because the PE-RT material does not need cross linking. The FH pipes are available in the dimension of 16 and 20 mm.

Hot Water Valves

MTCV The MTCV is a thermostatic, self-acting, proportional valve. It provides thermostatic balancing of hot-water systems within the temperature range of 35 - 60 degrees C. It enables temperature measurement and is designed to prevent unwanted tampering. A shut-off function of the circulation riser is possible by means of optional fittings with a built-in ball valve. Modular upgrading of the MTCV valve is possible during operation under pressurized conditions. When servicing becomes necessary the calibrated thermo-element can be replaced.

TVM Valves

TVM Valve The TVM-W is a self-acting mixing valve that provides mixed water at a constant temperature. It is used to instantly supply water at a required temperature. It is suitable for single outlets (e.g. baths, basins, showers and bidets) or small numbers of grouped outlets. The TVM-W safety function ensures a high level of protection from scalding which is important especially in hospitals, schools or multi-family houses (e.g. in case of Legionella disinfections).

Pressure Transmitter

Pressure transmitters are designed for use in almost all industrial applications, and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions. The flexible pressure transmitter programme covers all standard voltage outputs, absolute and gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0-1 to 0-600 bar and a wide range of pressure and electrical connections. Excellent vibration stability, robust construction, and a high degree of EMC/EMI protection equip the pressure transmitter

Solenoid Valves

Danfoss solenoid valve bodies and electrical coils are normally supplied separately and then combined. They are assembled quickly and simply without tools, providing optimum product flexibility and availibility. If a coil does need to be replaced, it can be done without stopping or draining any system. The solenoid valves are also available as assembled units if required.

The MCI soft starter range are designed for soft starting and stopping of 3 phase a.c. motors, starting of 3 phase compressors (MCI C) and starting small commercial refrigeration units & heat pump (MCI-CH) thus reducing the inrush current and eliminating the damaging effects of high starting torque surges. Covering the power range from 0.1 to 22 kW, the MCI soft starters are ideal for a wide range of start and stop applications where smooth operation is required.
